ABSOLUTELY! Every class is 100% beginner friendly and 99% of our members joined when they had never done any boxing/kickboxing before, and many had never worked out before!
NEVER! There is NO sparring or physical contact with your classmates in our Box-N-Fit classes. You do get to punch and kick our professional punching bags as hard as you want though!
YES! We have a COMPLETLEY separate class for those looking to expand there skills and try different aspects of Boxing & Kickboxing.
Always seek your doctors advice, but every workout is 100% modifiable and you are NEVER made to do something you do not want, or can not do. You're always free to sit an exercise out, modify it, or swap it for something else that works for you. All our coaches help you every step of the way and are full of exercise knowledge to help you modify!
ABSOLUTELY! We have members of ALL sizes and fitness levels, and have had many members lose 30-75 pounds!
